Stanadyne Performance Formula Injector Cleaner is designed to prevent and eliminate Internal Diesel Injector Deposits (IDID) commonly found in Common Rail and other types of injectors. These deposits can impact injector performance and lead to various engine-related issues. The Performance Formula Injector Cleaner is a concentrated detergent that provides a "One Tank" Clean-Up to eliminate and prevent internal and external deposits from forming on injectors, resulting in restored engine performance, increased horsepower, and improved fuel economy. Additionally, the cleaner lubricates fuel system components to help prevent wear and includes a cetane improver to improve combustion, leading to better starting, smoother running, and reduced engine noise.

It is recommended to use the Performance Formula Injector Cleaner 4-6 times per year as preventive maintenance or when engine performance issues arise. Continued use of Performance Formula All Season or Performance Formula Warm Weather is also recommended with every fill-up.
